This is a lovely campsite with large electric hook up pitches it also has showers, washing up sinks, toilets and if you are staying for a week or more they have a launderette which is a really good idea there are change machines for these. If you forget any essentials there is a little honesty shop with local produce. There are fire pits to use with wood priced at £5 a bag. The is a small park, a couple of goals and a tennis net for the kids and you feel safe enough for them to go there without supervision as they can be seen from most of the pitches. The owner is friendly and comes around everyday making time to speak with as many of his guests as possible. All in all my family and I had a great time,

This was our second visit to Long Moor and we love it. During the week very quiet and lots of space for kids to run about, got a bit busier bank holiday weekend but pitches are huge so it’s not a problem. Showers / toilets are nice and hot, plenty of space and spotlessly clean and we never had to queue. Good washing up facilities with hot water, bowls and plugs with washing up liquid and sponges available if you don’t have your own. Site owner Rocky is super friendly and will stop by to check everything is good. No pressure on what time to arrive/leave/rules but will happily step in if someone is behaving in a way that spoils it for everyone else. Fire pits and logs available and the honesty shop is really handy too. Short drive to big Tesco for food, and into Combe Martin, Woolacombe and Ilfracombe. Dark site so perfect for stargazing.

Had the best experience camping here recently, the location is peaceful and tranquil, clearly marked pitches with clean spacious (and hot!) facilities including a laundry room. The owner is welcoming and friendly and sets the whole atmosphere on this site, great place, great people! We’ll be back! Tip…. MUST try the bacon from the honesty shop !

very clean and well organized. Honesty store is available. There's soccer field for kids to play. It is dog friendly and our fur baby enjoyed his stay too! Showers got hot and cold. You can wash the dishes, there's provided area and soap. Toilets are clean as well! I appreciated it! cheers to owners!
