Found in the charming coastal village of Combe Martin, Manleigh Park is a small holiday park featuring delightful chalets, log cabins, and static caravans. As the owners of the park, we are passionate about providing our guests with the most relaxing and peaceful holiday possible.

We invite you to share in our love for this special place by staying with us for your holiday. Our lounge area features an informal bar where you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, homemade cake, local cider or ale, and even some artisan West Country gin. The Wicked Wolf Gin, distilled just up the road at Watersmeet, is a must-try.

Our adjacent field is perfect for enjoying a gentle stroll or letting your dog run free if you have one with you. The footpath in the lower corner leads directly to the village of Combe Martin. While we have a small children’s play area, please note that it’s not next to the chalet, and children should always be supervised.

We are genuinely dog-friendly (sorry no cats), with Baxter, our Labradoodle, making sure we cater to all our four-legged friends’ needs. We welcome everyone at Manleigh, including singles, couples, families, locals, and tourists from near and far. So sad to be back from this wonderful week away. The friendliest of welcomes, the place was so clean it was almost as if it were brand new. Linens and towels as bright as you’d see in a 5 star hotel and the site itself is just lovely and clearly well looked after. The chalet was perfect for us as a party of 3 but I’d happily stay as a 4. The kitchen was great with everything sparkling and a little welcome box on arrival. It was quiet and calm and just perfect for a relaxing break. If we’d have known how good it was we’d have booked for longer for sure! A little park for the kids which was perfect to burn off the last drips of energy, a short walk down a wooded alley and you’re in the town. The location is also Perfectly placed to visit all of north Devon’s finest. Just loved it here and we’ll be back for sure.

Really helpful, friendly staff. I rang Kelly just to let them know that we will be arriving a day late due to car problems, I was not expecting anything to be changed for me but she went above and beyond to make sure that we didn't miss out on 1 night and said we could check out Monday so we still had the 3 nights!! Lovely location, we stayed in a chalet which was clean, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen the outside deck space has tables and chairs too so you can enjoy the view sat with a glass of wine or a nice dinner. A pint of milk in the fridge, a white box left in the kitchen with tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, a spare black bag, dishwasher tablets, and washing up liquid. Towels are also supplied (bath and hand towles), even a dog towel, which was really helpful! A short walk through the dog walking area and you can enjoy combe Martin or just a 20 – 25min drive and your at Woolacombe or Ilfracombe, the site and accommodation is maintained well and is of good quality, a folder is in the chalet and full of information about the accommodation, site, local area and things to can do. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I deeply appreciate that they actually allow wild plants to come through, unlike other places that keep nature away. Really nice seeing hawkmoths on the butterfly bushes. And bees etc flying around. Lovely seeing the birds.Really impressed by the rooms, clean and tidy. Only complaint is the radiator in the bathroom is on at all times, likely wastes a crazy ammount of electricity. We would stay here / or use this company again in another site. So far the best lodge place we have stayed at. Felt safe too

Very peaceful. May Bank Holiday weekend and the site was extremely quiet/empty. We stayed in chalet L10. New owners (took over Jan 2023) nice & friendly. Couldn't see that the bar was open at all during our stay. Kids park small but 2 children (10 & 5) enjoyed it. Dog enjoyed dog exercise field. Chalet basic & very small but did the job for 2 nights. Location good – main beaches a short drive away (Woolacombe 23 mins, Combe Martin 6 mins) We enjoyed a visit to National Trust Adlington Court (17 mins) the carriage museum onsite was fab.

Fantastic location, Steve, Judith and the team were simply outstanding. A very warm welcome, the log cabin we stayed in was equipped with everything you possibly could need. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The clubhouse was brilliant, great home cooked pizzas and a really great vibe. We've already booked again!!
