We’ve been lucky enough to stay at Newberry Valley several times and we go back year after year. Why? First the site is immaculate, the facilities clean and the pitches are a good size providing ample space for privacy. We always find the team at Newberry happy, helpful and provide a warm welcome. The location is amazing! With a dog friendly beach just outside the gate, and a short (albeit up hill back) walk to the village, you could literally park up and never need to use your car again until you head home. The local pub does great food and an even more beautiful view. We literally love this site and so does our dog. Thank you to the team at Newberry Valley for many happy holiday memories, we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Can't fault the site or the staff. The staff worked tirelessly to keep the site up to an excellent standard. The shower blocks were always clean. A small grumble for me is that the shower cubicles all had a toilet. Personal choice but don't like that set up. I must stress that I can't fault the cleanliness. We were located at the back of the site on a pitch with plenty of room for a motorhome, awning and a large picnic table that was already supplied by the site. For those who fish, the small lake was well stocked as you could see the large fish/carp when walking past in the morning sun. My only disappointment is the actual location of the site. Not a lot to do in Combe Martin. The area is beautiful if you are willing to travel for big beaches or do a lot of walking. The site is well worth a visit if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing and quiet holiday. Thank you Newberry Valley.

Beautiful campsite hidden away off the main Combe Martin Road on the corner as you come up through the village. Ideal for dogs, walking to beaches and visiting nearby Woolacombe. Pubs and eateries in village plenty to do. Tiered site, lots of pitches to choose from. All great. Thanks to Jackie and the team for help, and service, nothing too much. Facilities superb on site. Best showers and loos I've been too. If we visit CM again we would stay here on a premium pitch that gets sun in the evening. We loved it.
Great place to stay in the well looked after sute. Convenient for dog friendly beach and family beaches. Lots of kayaking and safe swimming. Lovely camp site, suitable for families and dog friendly, with an exercise field. Just be careful as its on a steep slope. There is also a nature walk but very very steep going up and even steeper coming down.Fishing lake on site, but do make sure you have a large landing net. Great location for touring around Devon. Very hilly, so be prepared for winding drives if you have a large camper, but worth a stay here. Facilities are good, staff lovely.Defo would come back

Fabulous campsite on the edge of Combe Martin. Super friendly and hard working staff who run a very well managed site with security barriers at entrance and exit. Nice big sunny pitches and gorgeous fishing lake. Perfect campsite individual shower rooms, laundry and wash up areas and all facilities spotless. This site comes highly recommended for families and is a short walk to lots of lovely beaches and coves. Would happily have stayed on here and very likely to return. Thank you 😊.
