We had a lovely stay at Sunnymead with our children and dogs. The owners are so kind and helpful, they made us feel so welcome and were quick to offer help and advice whenever we asked for it. The site is clean and well kept & in the perfect spot to access some beautiful walks and beaches. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return again.
A lovely little camp site in a convenient location. 10 minutes from Ilfracombe where there's a big Tesco. 10 minutes from Woolacoombe beach and loads of other lovely sandy beaches in the area.It has very friendly and helpful owners. We had an electric pitch, which had a sea view in the distance. The kids loved the freedom and the playground. It was a pleasant surprise to get WiFi that reached the tent! The quiet rules from 10pm till 8am was great for being able to get the kids to sleep. There's a lovely little bridleway to walk along that starts near the on-site shop, very shaded and pleasant on a hot day.

What an amazing site to stop on, relaxing and great scenery, and also very well kept and maintained. The owner popped by for a chat when walking her dog and made you feel really welcome. A few minutes drive from ilfracombe and woolacombe . Will be going back and would recommend to anyone for a great caravan site with nice sized pitches

Caravan is a bit compact but nice overall ..we stayed for a week ..3 adults and a 2 year old ..my wife and granddaughter shared the double bed my son in one of the singles I had the couch all week as to tall for the other single. Plus very cramped . Was told when we checked in to give card details in case of damage..very strange as should of been mentioned from the start anyway what could I do we were there. My granddaughter spilt some water on the couches whilst we were packing up and some vimto on the duvet..we left early as had a long drive so couldn't explain..anyway received an email saying they've deducted £100 pounds to clean and dry the accident..plus they would e washed the duvet and replaced with clean for next visitors..very extreme in my opinion..a phone call would of been better the stains would of washed out etc and cost no where near the deduction amount..they did deduct the amount almost straight away..we definitely won't be returning and will alert others ..very poor

A late review as I stayed here the forst week of September 2021 but it's been on my to do list for so long. As first time campers and never having pitched a tent I booked this site only two weeks before staying. Its an absolute Gem 💎…. set in the middle of many local attractions and beaches as well as pubs and restaurants. It's very quiet and relaxing and has the most amazing sunsets. The owners were so friendly and helpful and go all out to accommodate and help at any point . I would recommend this site to anyone adults ans families 👪 I will definitely pay a visit next time I am that way thank you for making my fors.camping experience such a pleasant
