We have just got back from our 10th year @ surfers paradise. We were a large group with kids and they had plenty of space to run around and play safely. This year the staff were amazing. Mike and his team were friendly and always stopped by for a chat. For those of you that haven't been before or haven't been in a while. The facilities are amazing for a campsite, clean toilets and showers and a washing up area, and a few snacks available from the office hut. With a 5 minute walk to the beach, kids play area round the corner, small shop and swimming pool up at the Ruda centre and the small village of croyde what more would you want. Highly recommended

Ruda site is now in need of a big redevelopment. I've been going twice a year for 23 yrs and the only development I've seen is the eatery side.. Ie spending loadsa money on site unf this has had the opp effect n people are now using the site as a reference point and going else where during the day Staff are good entertainment quality now is substandard. Food is good I might add. BUT for chilling n peace n views walks etc… Its still unrivaled. Shame Park Dean can't see this.. Yes I'll still go there..

Great location easy to walk to the beach and into the village and the pubs. The toilets, showers and cleaning station were very well kept and clean. Always had hot water. £2 to charge devices. Bit of a lively campsite so if you're a light sleeper then would recommend earplugs. Would stay again. Good value for money

Stayed in the family field for 6 nights. Men's toilets very clean. Wife says ' Ladies' not so clean but still as expected. Bit of sand in the showers- what can you expect on a camping trip by the sea. Lots of hot water.Staff very friendly and helpful especially the guy picking up litter in the mornings. Beautiful starry skies and you can hear the sea from your bed!

Great location, nice split of famillly field and… Louder.l, more youth oriented field. We stayed in the upper family one. Great staff, good local facilities, loads of nice takeaways and eat-in locations within a short walk. VERY busy, as is everywhere ATM due to the obvious, but it all felt a bit crammed in, in both camping fields. If they'd only allowed people to camp in the 3rd field it would have been a lot more relaxed feel
