Basic amenities, rustic. very friendly helpful owners. Typical narrow lanes. Fab views. Top of a hill, we had a tent and cooked on a wood burning stove.

We stayed at Treyhill Farm in the Annex at the side of the main house. This place has everything you need. It’s wonderfully peaceful. The views are amazing across the countryside. They have a beautiful old bus to stay in, a gypsy caravan to stay in, clamping tents and normal camping spaces too.The owner is very good at communicating and nothing is too much trouble! Highly recommend staying there if you get chance!

Really lovely three nights staying at Treyhill farm's bell tent with our Labrador. The bell tent was beautifully set up with the most comfortable bed, lovely furniture and camping kit including a stove (so we didn't miss a cup of tea!).Treyhill farm is set in a beautiful patch of the countryside near the *very* dog friendly Instow beach. Beautiful views and all the cows, chickens and a friendly piggy you need. Instow in particular was very dog friendly with some lovely circular walks.Nikki and Tim were very friendly and Nikki answered all my questions in advance. We were left in peace and quiet and there's an honesty box for fresh eggs (pick your own from the nestbox!) or logs for your firepit. We were lovely and snuggly in the belltent even thought it was unusual August weather. We definitely feel refreshed!P.s. in the belltent you're without electricity but there's two toilets and lovely warm showers. One of the bathrooms has an extension cable if you needed to charge any power banks…I used it as an opportunity to read books by candlelight (pack a head torch!).
Exceptional weekend in the most beautiful surroundings! We were part of a wedding party and we were so well looked after. The party barn, the fire pits, the campsite, the facilities, Patrick and Sean 🐑 Mrs Pig, the pups, the vintage cars… A magical spot, we loved it 🥰

We had a fab 2 nights stay in the Bus. It was the end of a week in Cornwall and Devon and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our trip. The bus has a personal history to the hosts and has such a relaxing vibe to it. 100% recommend to anyone who wants a unique, relaxing stay with stunning views.
