I stayed here for a week with my family for the first time. Great location, plenty to do for children, friendly staff, clean caravan and beautiful views all around the area. What more could you want!? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.

I stayed at twitchen during the Easter holidays and Had a great holiday at twitchen house, arrival and departure were easy and staff in reception were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the doggy welcome pack was a nice touch plus various dog bins and bag dispensers dotted around the park along with many dog walks to mortehoe, woolacombe and other woodland walks. The food order app was easy to use and offers free delivery to your caravan or pitch with many options including vegetarian friendly options. The park had a great range of facilities including outdoor activities, indoor and outdoor pools and a dog friendly bar, you can use all three park's facilities when you stay on one and can walk between all parks. The arcade was also good fun.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. Cut our trip early by two days . The place is very happy to take your money but turn a blind eye with serious concerns. Myself and partner paid for the exact same package as our friends, which was gold wave. Paying the extra to have that little luxury feel for comfort. It was anything but. We were expected to walk through muck to get to our caravan. The towels and cot we’d ordered as extra weren’t in our caravan on arrival or thereafter even though we’d mentioned this several times. Travelling with our 15month old just in the toddler stage, we were forever having to clean up mud before letting her play as our shoes got plastered in it walking into our van. Complained at reception and they told us they couldn’t move us unless we paid more. We paid the same as our friends who had the extra accommodating features. There was an empty van right next to theirs but they refused to “upgrade” us for free. How can they call it an “upgrade” when we’d paid for the most expensive band in the first place! Absolutely shocking place. Will never return. The highlight of the trip was the beach but the resort can not take any credit for that. The foot path on the way down is diabolical. A muddy obstacle course, not suitable for a pushchair. But the beach and cove itself were beautiful. And so the only good experience we had was nothing to do with twitchen house resort. A bismal of a place. Crap management. Who wouldn’t give us the time of day, just expected his reception staff to take the footfall for him. Pathetic! A shambles way to run a holiday resort

We've just made it home from a half term 4 night stay (our 3rd visit) and will be going back! Highly recommended independent holiday park. Clean, spacious caravans and so many different types available. Woolacombe Bay holiday parks is the company that runs this, Woolacombe Bay and Easewell Farm. As a guest at any of the parks you can use facilities at all. Entertainment is fab , cinema has brand new films and there's so much more to enjoy. A short drive to Woolacombe beach (perfect for the sand seeker or the surfer) and not far from Ilfracombe too.
