Surrounded by the stunning North Devon Heritage Coast Nature Reserve, Valley View is a detached cottage fit for a truly idyllic holiday with friends and family. Spread over three floors and nestled in an elevated spot, the property offers breathtaking panoramic views of the rolling countryside.
The surrounding gardens offer plenty of opportunity to soak up some sunshine as well as a pond, while two large sun decks provide beautiful views of the landscape. The generous boot room is perfect for storing your walking boots after a day on the South West Coastal Path, just a stone’s throw away.
Inside the property you’ll find everything you need for a cosy stay including a high quality kitchen equipped with all the mod cons and a dining room complete with a wood burning stove. On the first floor is a master bedroom with dressing area, en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony from which to admire the valley view. Four additional bedrooms provide a great night’s sleep, with one opening onto the lawn and another providing access to a state-of-the-art sauna.
Also upstairs is the newly refurbished family bathroom and an additional shower room. Outside, the glorious sun deck makes a perfect spot for morning coffee with plenty of outdoor seating, a BBQ and breathtaking views across the valley. There’s even a six-seat hot tub to make the most of the experience. Nearby, within four miles, you will find the award-winning beach of Woolacombe; Ilfracombe with its seaside resort, harbour and Quay Restaurant are one mile away for the perfect day out.
