BJ's Value House

It's better than the Barnstaple store ever was. But the quality and prices are a joke. Really expensive for minimal quality I cannot see myself buying much here. But if your on a budget give it a go but shop around first

A good, and well stocked value house. There is a massive eclectic range of products; from plants to stationary, cooking equipment to fresh food, and even DIY tools. As shown by the photos the aisles are a decent size.I would say that for many everyday items I often find Blanchards slightly cheaper. However BJ's has a much larger variety of items. I think you will be able to find most things you might need around the house here.There is ample parking outside the property so you should be able to find a spot even during the peak hours.Currently, during the pandemic, they are limiting entry to 2 people from the same household. There is a hand sanitisation station at the entrance and they have implemented a one way system throughout the shop. My only gripe here is that they also have fully stocked aisles leading up to the tills which can make browsing and queuing problematic.

Brilliant shop, Staff very helpful and will go out of their way to help you. The store have what seems nearly everything you want in day to day life from garden, cooking, diy, art, cleaning and more

Love this place. The stock is interesting and great value. The young checkout girl was very friendly and welcoming.

Local store, great prices and very friendly and chatty staff on the tills. Christmas section looks great this year 2023.
