This Costa is absolutely fantastic the staff are Epic especially Lydia she is super friendly extremely knowledgeable re her job all the customers love Lydia she always engages in conversation whilst serving themNothing is too much troubleA credit to your company

I enjoyed my coffee and snack. I just feel the place is very dark and would benefit from better lighting and brighter decor.

Called in for a coffee and a BLT sandwich as there was not a lit of choice left in the cabinet. The sandwich was dated for that day however, the bread was very dry and the sandwich bland. The bacon had no flavour and could have done with more mayonnaise. Not up to the usual Costa standards.

Popped in for a coffee before shopping. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee was what you expect from Costa. The lighting was dimmer the further into the cafe you went, not inviting at all so we ended up sitting by the window. The decor is showing signs of age with wear and tear on some of the chairs and fittings. If it wasn't a Costa I think people would go elsewhere, having said that, don't take your paying customers for granted. Could do a lot better.
