One of the friendlyCosta’s I’ve been in…and they’re usually great….service was to notch…I’ve sat and watched the staff give each and every customer excellent and individual service with a smile on their faces and extremely helpful 😀😀

This Costa is absolutely fantastic the staff are Epic especially Lydia she is super friendly extremely knowledgeable re her job all the customers love Lydia she always engages in conversation whilst serving themNothing is too much troubleA credit to your company

Popped in for a coffee before shopping. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee was what you expect from Costa. The lighting was dimmer the further into the cafe you went, not inviting at all so we ended up sitting by the window. The decor is showing signs of age with wear and tear on some of the chairs and fittings. If it wasn't a Costa I think people would go elsewhere, having said that, don't take your paying customers for granted. Could do a lot better.
