Unfortunately, when we entered the premises, 'we were informed that there was no food as they didn't have a chief. The pub was virtually empty, however, we stayed and had a drink at a very reasonable price. The manager was very friendly as were the other few customers.

Just had Sunday roast. Good honest food at a good price. Well be back! 10 of us with drinks and desserts, service was faultless. Cheers.

Nice but very dated.. Great big back garden, however, the staff said we couldn't let our dogs walk around and had to be kept on a short lead.. even though there was no one else in the whole pub. Just incase someone tripped on the dog/ lesds

Despite the bar being empty and nobody in the restaurant refused to serve us Sunday roast because we hadn't booked. With lots of pubs closing because of increased costs I thought they would have wanted the business, apparently not.

Lovely friendly pub, nice atmosphere and well priced drinks…..we went for a game of pool and a beer and really enjoyed it
