Incorrect post code EX39 2QS….is what you need… Worked 1st time having waited only 2 minutes probably lucky as only 2 cars can charge simultaneously…. Genie easy App to use and nice walk into town to kill an hour!

August 2022 – It works when it feels like it. I've had trouble getting it to start a charge then it can stop charging at random requiring a restart. It's handy if you are in Bideford but don't depend on it. Needs to be more reliable. I think I shall christen it Boris.2 months later and it's as bad as ever. Reported it to "customer service" who knew it was unreliable but no idea if or when it will be fixed.4 months later it's better but still doesn't always charge for much longer than an hour before deciding to stop. I't now 3 stars

Charging out of order, rang GeniePoint and they were helpful, enquired how much charge I had and directed me to the next closest charger. Did confirmed the unit was out of order
