No visible charger after driving around the services multiple time. Checked reviews which said the same. Pointless, tons of services signs for this services say they have electric charging, needs to updated and removed! People plan there charging based on the signs they drive past. We drove past and remembered seeing the sign said they had charging so we planned to charge here on our return journey.

Nov' 2023. Poor/No Vodafone and O2 signal at this site while sitting in car, so make sure you take a book or schedule a snooze ….

Went today to charge 13/7/23 and the station said it was out of order, possibly because the ccs connector was broken…appears that has been the case for a while!!! not good enough GeniePoint

Absolutely rubbish! Got to the charging point, doesnt work. Called genie who said point is waiting for parts, only had 9miles left in car and next nearest was 14miles away. Had 3pin charger in car asked at garage if there was a socket i could pay to use just to get me to the next charging point, manager looked at me like he couldn’t care less and said there was no socket i could use and that the evpoi t has been broken for 2 months. Now sat with my 2 young children in the back of the car waiting for the AA to help us.
