Great food and very friendly staff. The pub is just across from the beach so the views are amazing. You can take your dog into the beer garden at the front or eat inside. This is the third year we've visited Instow and we prefer to eat here.

Great place. The service is super speedy. Staff professional, friendly, but not intrusive. Lovely environment. Looks like an upper level, but we were only on ground level near the bar. Food good & reasonable price. Good selection of zero beers. Fabulous views of the beach. Lots of outside seating. Was a windy, rainy day so not in use. You can reserve a table here. That would be wise in summer when I expect it will be very popular & very noisy. But it's a great quirky place. Would recommend.

We visited during the day for a coffee and thought it was a nice spot opposite the estuary, the coffee wasn't the best I'd had in the area, but we decided to book for an evening meal later as we did like the location and menu. The staff were attentive but not overly and service fabulous, the food was excellent and portions were sizably so that not all of us could manage desserts. Overall a very good experience.

Lovely chilled out place. Friendly team and cheese garlic bread was to die for. I had the lentil stew with cheese mash and my other half had the half roast chicken with hand cut chips. We would recommend. Very tasty food. Thank you!

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere in a fantastic location. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Eating on two levels plus outdoor dining area.
