We normally stop in here randomly after a walk on the beach and the food is always beautiful (I love their mussels) but we just had our first Sunday lunch there and it was incredible. Couldn’t fault any part of the meal – the veggies were delicious and were just as much a star as the soft roast pork that I had. Shout out to Meadow for being our waitress/server as well, she was an excellent host. 100% recommend this to everyone and anyone.

After a day of hiking, Instow Arms beckoned to us as an oasis on our way back. Even though the pub was full, we were offered a snug spot near the entrance. This seating offered us the delightful privilege of watching a beautiful sunset.Culinary-wise, the mussels were an absolute treat, and opting to switch out the fries for garlic bread proved to be an excellent choice. They serve non-alcoholic Guinness beer.

Called in the off chance to see if they were still serving meals as it was past lunchtime as yes they did apparently all day .We were given a window seat, which was lovely to watch the world go by with a lovely view.Service was quick and the staff were very polite .A good choice on the menu with a specials menu. The food arrived fairly quickly, very hot, and plenty of it.Would visit again

One of the best places in the around, staff are always welcoming and friendly no matter how busy they are. Food is excellent and very fresh. I always make a point of coming here when I visit the area.
What a disappointing breakfast. Order a simple (Sauted mushroom, bacon, poached eggs and black puddings). Poached eggs were cooked to death more like boiled eggs and bacon dry as hell to. At least the view saved it.
