Ordered a takeaway meal at 5:15pm on 24th Feb for collection at 7:15pm. Arrived at 7:15 and had to wait over 45 minutes past the collection time for our food. This is totally unacceptable and will be the last time we use you. It is a shame as the food is nice but the ordering system is terrible. Other restaurants seem to manage to estimate the pickup time right so how come you guys get it so wrong. It ruined a rather expensive treat. You need to improve – no excuses about being "very busy". If you are busy then don't take walk in orders while you prepare orders for people who have booked in advance. Give a sensible time to collect when people order by phone. My wife was stuck in your waintg area for 45 minutes and I was left waiting in a freezing car wondering if she was ever coming back. The oven was left on for 1 hour at home warming the plates too. It's just not good enough!

Shocking delivery time and customer service. Ordered chow mein and a soup at 6pm and it turned up almost 3 hours later at 8.45pm. Food is not that great to be honest and definitely not worth the wait and numerous phone calls to see where the delivery is, definitely go somewhere else!

Yummy yummy! One of the best King prawn Hong Kong style, very good Beef with Spring onions and ginger and rice. Portions are smaller than in other places although the quality and service very good.

New Years Eve, busy night, phoned and ordered and collected at the time they gave us which was spot on , on such a busy night. Thank you it was lovely as always.
