I purchased a bulk order and although communication was 100% apparent. I was informed of the items ordered that they had yet to receive and when they expected to have the full amount. I then received the full order within a couple of days and a note apologising for the delay. Overall great service

Ordered a few items of set track that I couldn't find anywhere else. I was a little worried after seeing the feedback on here but received everything yesterday. Aside from not really knowing the order status, everything was fine! Items were well packaged.

Strange way to run a business.I ordered a Bachmann loco on the 10th December 2023 that was shown as being in stock which was to be a Christmas present. I paid using PayPal and had confirmation that the order had been made.As the loco hadn't arrived by the 22nd December I gave them a ring. No one picked up. I waited until the 5th January and rang them again. No one picked up so I sent them an email. No response.By the 13th January having not received any communication from them I asked PayPal for a refund. I received the refund on the 20th January with no apology or explanation.A diabolical way to run a web based mail order business and a waste of peoples time.

Website showed as in stock, order placed for a few items. Nothing showed up after a few weeks so I reached out via email. After a few attempts I finally got a response that they were waiting on stock. I asked for an eta and got nothing back. I sent up a follow up email asking for an eta, or if one couldn’t be provided, to cancel the order. I am yet to hear back. I have gotten the money back via my bank. It seems the other 1 star reviews were to be trusted.
