The best jacket potato I have ever eaten In any cafe. Very cheap at £6.95 as it includes coleslaw, salad, Tuna and sweetcorn. A huge portion as well as a huge potato, which was very fluffy. Salad delicious too. Can't wait to return.

Had had a hospital Appt & walked down 2 the Quay. Our usual cafe was closed so we tried Otters. Had been here a few years ago when I’d first moved 2 the area but hadn’t liked it at the time. I think maybe there was a change of management because we were pleasantly surprised. Our coffees arrived in no time & were very nice; Latte quite milky & Chai just right. The atmosphere was lovely-lots of people greeting one another during the course of our stay, doggies welcome, staff very nice & chatty. Will try something 2 eat next time.

I was with a few friends on a day trip when we came across this cafe When we walked in we met by a very miserable look young girl she wasn't welcoming at all and had I been on my own I would of walked out at that very moment She took our order and was not engaging at all We did try to lighten the mood but she was not wanting to even try to look like she wanted to bother talking I appreciate we all have off days but in hospitality you do have to make the effort try to put a smile on your face and be civil and unfortunately the cake matched the atmosphere it was bland and uninspiring the only saving grace for this cafe is that the young lad that came to clear the table was very pleasant but we won't be returning

Haven't been in here for a while so we thought we would go in for coffee and lunch. Service was good and paying itself was good but the nachos on the side were very bland and too much greenery. Probably personal taste.9

Lovely. They have a really nice menu with plenty of options. The food is fresh and tasty. You can sit in or takeaway. The cappuccino I had with hazelnut syrup was excellent. I ordered a cheese, cranberry and chicken toasty which comes with salad and crisps. The takeaway box and knife and fork are eco friendly and recyclable. Friendly and helpful staff
