The Devon and Cornwall Fish Company LTD
The Devon and Cornwall Fish Company Ltd is a family-run business located at Appledore Fish Dock, Hubbastone Rd, Appledore, Bideford.
It has been in operation since 1941 and is the only fish processing dock in the area.
Thanks to its location, just off of the estuary of the River Torridge, the business has access to some of the finest seafood available from the South West, including mackerel, bass, and pollock.
The fish is processed and portioned for public sale in their distribution outlets around the area.
The company proudly supports local sustainable fishing practices to ensure that marine life is carefully managed for future generations to enjoy.
Visitors can see the dock first-hand and even take a boat trip out to source their own catch from the estuary.
You can also observe first hand how these tasty fish are prepared and brought to shelves across North Devon.
