We booked a table of 6 and a dog. It was the best decision. The menus were great and even Ralph the dog had his own little menu. The friendly staff were so attentive. The food was scrumptious and good portions. Definitely coming back when we are around the area and definitely a must if you are visiting.

There's a difference between pubs that allow dogs and dog friendly pubs. The Seagate is the latter. Superb service, excellent food and brilliantly friendly staff.Thank you

We popped in for lunch with our elderly mother-in-law and our not so elderly dog. Staff delightful and helpful. Kids menu provided for MIL and this was perfect size portion for her and she really enjoyed her fish and chips. We had different options from menu and both really enjoyed. They also do a dog menu ( not tried by dog!) Very pleasant bathrooms! Beer good, pleasant bar area, and a really good lunch. Close to main carpark. Will return.

We ate at the Seagate on Easter Sunday. Although the bar & restaurant was very busy, the service and the food was fabulous! My Son said it’s the best Cheeseburger he’s ever had! We will definitely dine again before our holiday ends. We’ve been back a couple of times for just a drink as it’s a lovely place to be with excellent service & a friendly atmosphere. Highly Recomnend!

£4… wow… ok, I’ll reply. I more than understand overheads, staffing and buying raw product. But come on, £4 for those chips. The ash tray on the outside table was bigger. There’s a premium to pay in any coastal pub/restaurant, but that is taking liberties. Interestingly enough I’ve seen other comments about the “bowl of chips” and the lack of what you get, but never a photo, so I posted mine… sort it out seagate
