We were treated not very friendly because we searched boxes for the right colour for a birthday gift. The lady came over and seemed to panic as if were suspicious. A lovely couple gave us a look as if to say “ Oh dear, who’s rattled her cage.? When we went to purchase, we felt like aliens and she was not very friendly again. After we left, she started checking where the original boxes were on the shelf. My wife and I are both pensioners . We left feeling like criminals.

I love Westward Ho! and I'm currently on holiday here, staying until Saturday the end of this week and the food and drink here has been phenomenal and I love the service and personality of the people here.

Absolutely disgusting the woman gave my whole family evils and made us all feel very uncomfortable and my sister accidentally knocked the card rack ever so slightly and she gave her the dirtiest look ever this is absolutely disgusting and not right.

A lovely shop run by a friendly and very helpful lady. I bought some beautiful, hand-painted ceramic knobs from their surprisingly large selection. And had a nice chat as well. Thank you.
