Lobb Fields is the best campsite I've ever used, having booked online I was a little concerned things may be worse than they look online, but I was pleasantly surprised! The toilet/Shower block is clean and comfortable, the tracks on site are well maintained and easy to navigate and Brian, Anne-Marie and the team were super helpful and friendly – went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Another great visit to Lobb, can’t recommend this site highly enough. Top location near Braunton Town, Saunton Sands and Croyde. The facilities are mint and the pitch is a great size. All the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help your stay a good one. Great work guys, we’ll be back again soon. Steve & Sam

Took our tourer for a week to see family. Arrived after heavy rain, and the site was like most of the country, soaked. The grass areas and pitches were just so soft that you just sank. Thankfully, wardens on call if you do get stuck as I saw them helping a few out. I paid the extra for a hard standing fully serviced pitch, have more time seeing family less time filling the barrel. Sadly, though, I was allocated a pitch that seemed to be missing the tap for the fresh water. I did raise this with the warden on the day of arrival and left it with him, but by the time I left at the end of the week, the tap had still not been fixed so was a little disgruntled to have paid for a feature I could not use. Even more frustrating, given the camper van behind was on a fully serviced pitch, and they had only paid for a standard hard standing. Toilet blocks are OK, oh, and keep a watch on time, if your late back at night or want to leave early doors to go surfing, ect, the gates get locked. Overall, a good site and will certainly stop again, but next time, can I please have a tap fitted to my fully serviced pitch to make it a fully serviced pitch.

Brian and ann-marie have taken this site on and they are incredible people. They are new to this site and seem to have adapted amazingly. They can't do enough for you. The toilets and the showers are immaculate. The site is highly maintained and we couldn't think of anywhere better to be in the west country. The rest of the staff are equally professional. First time at this beautiful campsite, both Anne-Marie and Brian the site managers were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay amazing, Even Setting up an Easter egg hunt for all. There is plenty of variety of food vans to suit everyone’s taste, immaculate facilities, spacious plots and very good WiFi, this is one place we will definitely be visiting again and again
