We have had great service from this store, from our initial visit to select our new sofa through to the cheerful delivery men. We had some very specific requirements and we were guided, with no pressure, to the perfect, bepsoke solution. Very happy!

This place should be known as Bideford "The Best" Carpet and Furnishing "Excellence" Centre.I have to stay the team at Bideford carpets are phenomenal. They are responsive, helpful, present, and knowledgeable. We have been engaged with Bideford carpets since we bought our new house, and they have been unbelievably lovely throughout the process, including when we had major issues with our carpet from water damage.They also have a lovely showroom which is great fun to walk/run around if you have a toddler.

Excellent service. I was buying a carpet for a holiday home and Jamie gave me really good advice, even suggesting a carpet that wasn't as expensive but better for my needs than one I was considering. The samples came quickly and the fitting was quick and efficient and well done without me even having to be there. Will def use again.

I came across Bideford Carpet and Furnishing by way of a personal recommendation. The choice of carpet and materials were good and the measurer was really helpful. But what stood out for me was the quality of their own carpet fitters. They were polite, respectful and spent the whole day fitting my carpet. I live in an old cottage without any straight walls, and they cut the carpet specifically to each and every curve. The results are great. Use these guys if you want to deal with a company who believe in giving great service and take pride in their work. I definitely recommend them.

Found a beautiful chair, exactly what we were looking for. With some expert information and guidance from the welcoming staff we were delighted to be able to take our chair home right away. I wouldnt hesitate to tell people to visit this lovely store.
