I do highly rate this business, I've been getting furniture from them for about 17 years, either ordered from the ranges downstairs or the marvellous factory seconds area upstairs. You really would not know there's anything wrong with the seconds stock, could be a mark on the back or something very minor, but hundreds of ££ off. They do deliver if needed too. Very friendly helpful staff, highly recommend.

If I could double the stars I would. What an amazing team who were totally exemplary in they help and customer service. I lost all my furniture and I needed some instant furniture to help after moving house. The assistant aided our purchases by telling us what was instantly in stock and some of which were the seconds upstairs. I purchased the items on Thursday afternoon and they not only helped by delivering for me on the Saturday, as they could only initially offer the following week, but they assembled the furniture as well. I will be returning to buy more items as I feel the need to support such great customer service and lovely furniture. Thank you so much for all you have done to help me in my time of need. I am not usually inspired to write reviews however when a company goes over and above to deliver and help me then you deserve this review.

We have bought all of our bedroom furniture and lovely dresser for the frontroom. My son bought his bed and tv unit from there too. Great service really helpful staff and lovely helpful delivery team. We won't buy from anywhere else

There are some lovely things there, but very expensive, even their Seconds are a high price, so I didn't purchase anything, I wanted a chest of drawers. They had some nice ones, all with solid wood bottoms to each drawer, but you need a big bedroom to put them in as they are so big, but the drawer itself isn't very deep.
