Chap turned up bang on time and did a perfect installation, fuelled by a cup of tea. The charging widget is easy to use and robust feeling. Great service and hardware – highly recommended.

From my initial enquiry with MyEnergi to completion, Circular Systems Ltd were fantastic. The team were knowledgeable, professional and reliable. They told me about a Workplace grant, which I was eligible for so I was super happy! On the day, Colin did a great job, he was tidy, quick and took time to explain how the charger and app worked. Would highly recommend!

Repair under guarantee of faulty Zappi wall charger. The team arrived as per schedule and would have completed the repair (replacement of defective tether cable) had the cable been the correct type. They contacted MyEnergi whilst on site and arranged for delivery of cable. Correct cable arrived 3 days later and Circular Systems promptly came to fit the cable. All done within minutes. Excellent service, on top of their job.

Although perceived as a good installer at first, Colin at Circular Systems does not respond to any email enquiries or telephone calls. Since having our Sync EV charger installed in January 2022 I am still awaiting the electrical compliance certificate for the Circular System installation!

Just had our charger installed (Exeter area) and I can not criticise a single thing about our experience. The quote was fair, the job expertly finished and the customer service exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend the firm. (Eazee One charger installed)
