A steep walk in more ways than one, but with some beautiful water falls. I was charged £15 for myself and a 3year old. I’m not sure why the price has gone up so much?

Wow. This is beautiful. We were in the town to go on the fancy cliff railway and saw some jets of water and curious, wandered over.Spoke to some lovely lady in her little hut and paid of fee and we were off. There is a room to visit with lots of historic information along with a wealth of information on climate change and high is all fascinating. There’s a few interactive features there too, along with the aforementioned water jets. But the main facture was a walk along the stream. There’s lots of places to stop and quite a few picnic benches so I would recommend eating you lunch here. Just ensure you take your rubbish home!It gets quite steep and slippy in places, so take care, but don’t let this stop you.Go and se what this little gem has to offer. Our favourite place in little corner of the world, which is saying something. Stunning.

Most beautiful place to visit. To go and see the waterfalls and history about the the place it will cost £7 per adult and £3 per child. It's a good trek and fun with kids. Person who runs the place is very friendly and knows so much about the history of Devon. Ask him best nearby places and you'll find some gems along the way.

Really nice guy at front gate who gave us lots of info, free guide, explained all about their ethics behind the project etc. Remember to take cash as they don't accept cards. Lovely walk up river, great scenery. Museum really interesting. Kids (8 and 11)really enjoyed it as well. A must-see!

Wow.. what a brilliant and stunning place to visit. We arrived and where greated by a really nice guy. We where given a guide for free as this was our first visit. He explained a bit about Glen Lyn Gorge and the history around it. After looking in the museum at the start of the glen lyn, we started the walk, surrounded by waterfalls and stunning scenery and it was breathtaking. There where several ways down to the falls, where we able to really take in the sheer beauty. The walk was a little hilly but alot of fun. This gorgeous place should definitely be on your list of "MUST DOs" while here in lynton & Lynmouth.
