Accused of racism and shoplifting banging on the window and peeling the sticker all we did was put a but of troll hair from a toy on the window it didn't stick a lady came out the shop swore at us and called the police after banning us and accusing us of shoplifting. We ended up speaking to the police and they took our information but we didn't get in trouble as can look at the cctv as we didn't do anything wrong the lady shouldn't have been swearing at teenagers and shouldn't accused us of hate crimes and shoplifting!!!

was apsolutely shocking, went in to buy a strawberry milk and then left,i then stuck a toy troll to the window which didn’t stick and then left, the lady then came out and started shouting and swearing, she was saying that i was being racist and hate criming her which is an apsolute lie,she then called the police on me.would not recommend going to the shop, this isn’t the first time it’s happened before as i’ve been told other people have had the same thing done to them by the staff working there.your best bet is going tescos at the bottom of westward ho.

Absolutely disgusted!! Ordered some ice cream at quarter to 11 on uber eats to this shop. I got there around 5 to only to find its not where it says on google maps so i called the shop, the man then refused to give me the post code and hung up mid sentence! He then didnt know where the church was on the corner to direct me to the shop before closing time. I then ran down to the lights and he was there putting outside signs away, i then asked for my order and he blatantly refused saying they are now closed! He had refused directions so he could close up early and go home..this was shocking as it is but then! He started swearing at me and refused to go and get my order even though it was already payed for and everything. This man was a rude and manipulative person and should not be running a shop in my opinion! He was nasty and disgusting and didnt care that a paying customer was in need..he even laughed and shrugged when i asked him for my order. NOT HAPPY!will be back if refund is not given. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Sneaky. Every time I've visited it's always been the same. Over charging, adding items to the transaction when a tourist enters, and price tickets with lower prices still showing when the items have increased. There is a Spar and Tesco 2 minutes walk away and nearby there are several independent stores. This is a store you want to avoid, they are damaging the Londis franchise name.

Very helpful & friendly, the shelves are always full with a great range of items. The Post Office is such a useful & vital service, especially for people like me who find it hard to get into town. Very happy to recommend this wonderful, local shop & it’s staff.
