What a wonderful place, for education, the environment, visitors and the locals. Toilets pristine, all of the staff I interacted with were polite, with a smile and very helpful. A humus sandwich £8.00! You are having a laugh. Parking is £5.00 a day or £15.00 for a week. Amazing! I would highly recommend.

Cost £19.50 for a hot chocolate, spicy chicken panini, sausage roll and a coffee. Was expecting more than a few bits of chicken and cheese in the panini. Hot chocolate in a paper cup, no cream and not very hot! Ordered Coffee with hot milk. The smallest coffee in a paper cup was served. Coffee was served with no milk and then I was given cold milk. This is the third time visiting this cafe over the past year and certainly won’t be returning – we’ve given it more chance than many would.

Lazy chefs… this place needs a damned good shake up ….I tear my hair out with this place, yesterday we popped in for a coffee & a breakfast snack. At the counter the young girl says 'before you get your hopes up, I can only cook bacon & egg because the chef hasn't turned up'. OK I said, I only want the sausage, bacon & egg roll. ''No, I can't do that because I'm not allowed to cook eggs…'!! What, you can cook meat but not eggs… ? Yes, she says. The chef was due at 10.30 coming from the Royal George, it's now 10.45. He says he's 5 minutes away, OK I said, I'll wait 5 mins. 'Don't get your hopes up she says, they often take a lot longer! OK, can I order the sausage, bacon & egg combi, because if you do a bacon & egg on its own it costs more than the combo with the egg. Yes, I'll do that, she says. I'll have the egg if the chef turns up.The chef still hadn't turned up at 11.20, so when we left, we asked for our raw egg & gave it to the dog!Just to add. The bacon was as hard as a rock, the sausage not much better & although the coffee looked nice (good latte art), it was as weak as….the bacon roll was over £7 BTW!Please shake this place up management or give up the lease to someone else.

Amazing cakes and sweet treatsBrunch is well worth the money – massive plate with so many chips – some of the best cafe chips you can getCiabatta with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes was tasty, however wouldn't really say it had the consistency of pesto that I'm used toOn the whole mostly nice and clean, highchairs could do with an extra scrub though
Unpleasant soup served with semi frozen sliced white bread. Uninspired whitebait with straight-from-the-jar sauce. Disappointing to say the least. Coffee was okay though.
