Brilliant little beach that we had to ourselves! Set of steep wooden steps down, watch yourselves. Very sheltered, lots of caves and things to see.

Great secluded beach. It’s rocky rather than sandy but not too uncomfortable on your feet. Loads of interesting rock features and pools to entertain the kids.Access is via steps from the coastal path (but this is a strenuous walk from Lee) or you can go from Lee beach at low tide.

OK, there is no sand at "Sandy cove" however is a nice sheltered cove on the coast, good rocks to climb and explore, nice little cave tunnel and if you go at low tide you can take the "secret" path along the shoreline from Lee bay. However, there are no toilets or food/drink facilities on this beach. Winter time it sees no sun due to it being too low in the sky and the beach facing North.

Nice little spot for a swim but stay close as there are strong currents further out. Best at high tide to swim. At low tide interesting rocks to explore.

The beach is not very sandy but the place is beautiful. Amazing views and the costal path.
