Really unhelpful rude young staff! Have been in lots of times and always come away thinking the same. Such a shame as we would like to spend money in the shop, but don't because the staff are rude!

Two girls probably late teens, think there something else, more interested in chatting to each other & sly looks. Felt very uncomfortable & their customer service skills were dreadful.

Called about the junior sign, the staff who answered were terribly rude and awkward, didn’t feel comfortable AT ALL and it made me embarrassed, not even a 1 star. 0.

Bought the usual beach holiday stuff, a couple boards, shirts etc…but the staff were the worst. Simply sat there and took our money. No service despite there being two assistants and no one else in the store except our family. The staff were on their phones and completely unhelpful. When we asked (after buying over £60 of stuff) if we could get change for parking they told us in the most bored manner possible that they weren't allowed to give change. Okay. Then when we were taking all of the plastic off the boards we bought, I expected them at some point to come over, chat, collect up the tags etc… but no…their phones were waaaaay more interesting. Overpriced. Service was absent. AVOID.
