Located within a small group of lodges at the borders of Halwill Junction, Birch Tree offers you a chance to experience tranquil countryside living. The estate sprawls over 40 acres, so plenty of space to explore and take in your natural surroundings.
Upon arriving, the reverse level arrangement allows stunning lake views to be enjoyed by all. With two well-appointed bedrooms on the ground floor, a twin and double room, with a shower room on the same floor, it allows guests to retreat after a long day in the beautiful outdoors.
Upstairs, you’ll be presented with an open plan living area, with two comfortable sofas and a large kitchen for convenient meal preparation. You’ll also find a further single bedroom off one side. Step out to the timber decking balcony and unwind amongst the rattan furniture.
After a tranquil night’s sleep, make yourself a coffee or two and sit out on the balcony and plan your day in the 40 acres of grounds. If fishing is more your thing then look no further than the two serene onsite lakes! Choose to enjoy the activities offered at the clubhouse, or simply keep exploring the estate.
