As a tourer who stayed here 2 nights last week I will completely disagree with everything Shaun Marx-Hughes says. With 2 dogs and on a tour of Devon, this site was perfect. The staff were friendly and super helpful, the facilities were clean and of a high standard and the dog exercise area was a massive field – what could be better! The site is walking distance from Seaton and Beer (30 mins / 45 mins respectively) and has a good shop on site. Everywhere was clean and the touring pitches all had amazing views over the Axe Estuary and the sea. Additionally the pitches are well spaced and quiet. Will definitely be back.

No rooms so can't rate them. But my review is below Having booked at last minute due to our normal site canceling there opening season. Staff are rude and obnoxious. Never been to a camp site where I have NOT been shown to my pitch. Here you are told it's over there along that line somewhere. You have the riot book of dos and don'ts read to you before you even greated. ok can not help the weather BUT Tim assured me that the pitches half hard half soft standing were well drained. Not the case at all. Our pitch was under water most the week.. Very expensive costly cleaning bill and to replace items. Shower blocks are very basic and always filthy. On 1 occasion I was in the men's an elderly guy was cleaning them. I asked him if it was ok to come in. Told you all only going to vandle them again. Good way to start your morning. You have to have your dogs on leads at all times. NO dogs allowed in the park area Fair enough accepted. BUT keep all your dogs under the same rules. Roaming around in noone around. In the park without a lead. If you have children don't get to excited about the animals. You only allowed 2 hours 9-11 not allowed to touch them. Not allowed to feed them. O and don't bother if your children like animals you think for asking special occasions like a birthday can you help or anything. You get promised all the stuff (Tim) again. Nothing happens. You are also VERY VERY close to the site road season goers and regulars think it is ok to drive at 100mph. NOT A CAMPSITE I WILL RETURN TO OR RECOMMEND. Just to state aswell. Alot of the reviews are from people with seasonal pitches.. completely different options to touring options. I know 1 thing my caravan would not be left dangling like some on this site

There are a lot of touring caravans on fixed plots. And few plots for actual tourers. The site is on a steep hill and although the plots are terraced you are advised to bring some blocks. The amenities are basic but everything worked. The staff are friendly and helpful. The views are gorgeous. Seaton is 6min. cycle ride steepish hill. Overall enjoyable.
