The Linhay is a welcoming and partially refurbished barn conversion ideal for large groups, surrounded by the stunning North Devon countryside.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a sizeable sitting room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating and a 55″ Smart TV. There is also a toasty woodburning stove perfect for the cooler months.
The adjoining kitchen/diner boasts green tiled walls, exposed beams and a range of appliances so you can create homecooked meals for all the family.
When dinner is ready, gather at the dining table and spend some quality time together. Afterwards, make your way to the adjacent games room and air hockey/table tennis/squash court, or outside to the tennis court and hot tub in the garden – perfect for soaking up the views at sunset.
Inside you will find 5 bedrooms – 4 being on the ground floor, two doubles and a twin, plus another double with ensuite shower room. Upstairs there is an additional double with an exquisite en-suite shower room. The ground-floor bedrooms share access to a sleek bathroom where you can take a relaxing soak after a jam-packed day exploring.
