A nice village. Very quite. We'll maintained beautifully clean properties. A nice base for visiting Clovelly ilfracombe woola combe etc. Westward ho is very quite not a lot to do. Restraunts not many. Menus not varied all in all self catering is best. Although there is a fabulous place for breakfast called Rock pool. Would recommend Golden Bay to stay

Lovely place, nice and peaceful, short walk to prom and into town, always been very clean and well kept by both the Present owners and previous owner, improvements are being made to make the site more accessible and to update/replace some of the buildings. Have been on numerous occasions and rented side by side when family came for stays. One of the best places stayed over the years and will stay again, just finished another week

Third visit this year to this wonderful, relaxing and friendly little holiday Village. Can't complain about anything. The views are breathtaking, the apartments do what they need to do (all different but do exactly what they need to). The staff are very friendly and helpful and the grounds are immaculate. The extra precautions put in place for Covid are great and help you to feel safe whilst there. Well done to all the staff there.

Stayed in Lighthouse View 5, which was very comfortable, lots of space and perfect for a week away. The sea views are great at all hours of the day and the place was very clean and well maintained. Couple of little niggles on arrival were resolved within 10 minutes and it was a very relaxing week. Would highly recommend
