We stayed for a week with the kids and this place was fantastic. The kids loved the activities and I thought they were very reasonably priced. The kids entertainment was great and was enjoyed. The house was nice, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. It does make me laugh that people have put one star due to the Internet 😂 you're on holiday and you are meant to be disconnected from the world. The kids had an Internet signal to watch their tablets in their bedroom. My only feedback would be it would be great if their were hooks on doors to hang towels. I also think smoking areas need to be defined on the site instead of just anywhere. As if you are next to smoker you can't have your door open. This is a fantastic place to go with the family.

I will never again visit this horrible place. I did get a different room than I paid it for! I made a complain I the person I spoke with was lied about it. I paid extra and I received much cheaper room. Nobody apologise me or offer a room that I paid for or even a refund! The most rude customer service w ever deal with. Swimming pool open only few hours a day. Outdoor swimming pool was closed without explanation. A massive hole in a soft play on the top my kid almost fell down! This place is dangers for kids! I

Great holiday experience and the grands kids loved it. Lodge was clean and comfortable. The grand kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool (free) and they high wires (£8 per person) They could not wait to go to the clubhouse on a night. Entertainment was good and they could not wait to go in the arcade :)

We stayed in a 3 bed ocean view caravan, it was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived and was a reasonable size for 2 adults and 3 boys (2 large teens!). Impressed with heating and hot water and only improvement would be instructions on how to turn the oven on!!! Location is easy to find but would be good to be closer to the town and beach rather than having to drive (especially in the dodgy English weather!)

We will start with the good. The site, is very well equipped with very cost effective activities, sure some could do with a bit of investment (pitch and foot golf, a course map on the board would be nice we couldn't even find hole 1) and crazy golf, well. The staff are superb from the bar staff(behind and in front) to reception and activity/entertainment, there wasn't 1 person who cast a shadow, Sam and amelia in bars and Sammy on entertainment deserve a special mention. Now, all that said, I definitely won't be returning. The accommodation needs serious investment, mould in bathroom, doors not hung right ..right through to windows that don't fit, 1 bedroom window while closed had an inch gap, it may be labelled as "budget friendly"(Coombe house 3) but that was appalling. More seriously, there is a distinct lack of training within first aid and equipment. We had a relatively minor accident that required basic first aid, this could not be done by the lifeguard due to missing equipment, a proper dressing also couldn't be applied due to missing applications and knowledge of technique. The lifeguard in question did the best he could with the equipment provided and was excellent at keeping my daughter calm but I do tremble at the thought of something more serious happening and whether proper knowledge and training would be there.
