We just finished our stay after booking a Sun Holiday. We had such a lovely trip. On arrival we were told that our caravan hadn't been cleaned, so we're offered a free upgrade to make up for it.The facilities were so good and the entertainment was great too. The new bowling alley was great and such a bargain with the 241 games for £6.50. The arcades were great too and the staff were all lovely and very friendly/helpful.The only issue we had that arose was the indoor pool being too cold after a boiler issue, so we were disappointed that it was too cold for our little one. But otherwise a really thoroughly lovely stay.Very pleasantly surprised!

Have been a fairly regular visitor to golden coast over many years . When it was a part of the woolacombe bay franchise . 1st time as verdant leisure . They haven't changed much yet in my opinion. It was good before . My only concern was that they don't enforce the 10mph speed limit . Cars, both private and park vehicles were travelling much too fast while families with young children were walking between facilities . Prices at the bar were reasonable . Entertainment for the kids was spot on. Inside and outside pools great, and lifeguards present . Shall visit again

Enjoyed our weekend here with friends. We camped, good size hard standing pitches. Shower/toilet block was always clean and tidy.Didn't use the pool as boiler broken but didn't effect our stay as we were busy with other activities.Friendly staff at check in.

Just spent the week here with a toddler and two teenagers, there is so much to keep them busy, it is such a lovely place, great entertainment and loads of places to visit nearby. We stayed in a villa which was extremely clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

Having never heard of Golden Coast and looking at its location, I was sceptical. On arriving, we found out we were right down the bottom of the site, not ideal with a 10 year old and no Internet. After speaking to the reception staff, they so kindly moved us to an apartment that was fantastic, we were near to the club, the shop she the outdoor heated pool, that became a favourite place, and there is toilets and changing facilities and small but fun water slides. What better place to go after going out to explore. What can I say about this family-friendly site? If you have children of any age, there is lots to do, from the high wire equipment, 2 pools, arcades, sauna, table tennis, and skate park play areas. The club is really good, large enough to accommodate a lot of people, the bar prices are reasonable. They have a mini supermarket on site for those essentials, and there is wheel chair access to the facilities for those less abled. We are already planning our next visit, and this is on our list of family favourites. And the welcome pack of hot drink items and bathing items was a really nice touch. Thank you.You can not walk to the beach unless you're an adult because of no footpaths, but it's a short drive to Woolacombe. Car parking is £10 all day. The beach is fantastic, and there is plenty of space for everyone, with facilities to buy hot drinks, food and of course the essential toilets.
