Just had a second lovely stay here. Our 5 year old said it was her best holiday ever and was so sad to leave. Perfect location in an idyllic spot just a few minutes walk on the Tarka Trail to a fantastic beach and villages but in your own isolated haven far from the madding crowd. We've stayed in both cottages and both are spotlessly clean, a real farm charm feel to them, and very spacious with large gardens. Can't wait to be back.

We had a great week, 19 – 26 September, and we were very lucky with the weather. The accommodation was spot on, Jane and Andrew are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage gave easy walking access to the beaches and a short drive to the local pubs, ate at The Rock and Kings Arms, both provided good food at reasonable prices. During our week we also visited RHS Rosemoor, National Trust Arlington and Clovelly, all within comfortable driving distance. Julia and I are getting into golf, so Mortehoe and Woolacombe Golf Club was perfect for us. Ilfracombe is nearby and gives the more accomplished golfer a greater challenge. 👍😀

Such an amazing place! Beautiful cottages in a stunning location with great walks and lots of things to do in the surrounding area. Run by a lovely family who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Already booked to return in the summer.
