Welcome to The Light House – a contemporary property set in the thriving village of Appledore on the coast of north Devon.
Stroll down to the quay and come in to a bright interior made to be a true home-away-from-home. Utilize the magnificent fold-back glass wall to gaze out onto the estuary and Instow Beach while you relax.
Take your meals alfresco on the comfortable patio or head down the few steps to the lower terrace and bask in the ever-changing views while you sip your drink. There’s a BBQ outside and inside you’ll find books, games, TVs, music and more to keep you entertained.
Upstairs you have three bedrooms to choose from: a king-size sleigh bed, a twin room and a day bed style single. The master has a Juliet balcony with the best view in bed, for your morning coffee. There’s a shower room, WC and cloakroom and familiar touches like a cot and baby monitors also included.
