Charging experience is fine, although the bays are awkward. The reason for the 1 star review is because you still have to pay for parking while using the rapid charger – those bays are not for parking, they are for recharging (I'm still in the car!), yet you are forced to pay for an hour of parking, regardless of time of day, because it's an ANPR site :( this behaviour should not be allowed.

Great charging station. Bit tight on parking and unsure if you need to pay for parking (RingGo) so paid anyway. Fast and convenient. Nearly always available.

Out of six attempts at obtaining a charge (on two separate dates, using 2 different vehicles) and using both charger 1 and 2, we only managed to charge vehicles once each. Charger 2 only ever delivered complementary charge.

Easy to use with the app. Parking spaces not very well designed and you block a space when using one of the charging bays
