McDonald's (Atlantic Park Way)

I am so incredibly grateful for the staff members tonight (06/08/23). You guys saved me. I went in the store thinking it was open, and ordered a hot choc. Although they were closed they gave me the hot chocolate which i drunk outside. As i was on my own in just shorts and a vest top at midnight, 2 staff members double checked I was okay. Thank you to the man who did so alongside the lovely girl who also bought me a hot chocolate and a brownie for when I was finished. She told me I could call/knock and go and sit inside if I wanted as they were all in there if I needed them. I honestly can’t thank you guys enough, it means the world and you truly did save me.

Terrible service and attitude. Huge ques outside as only one drive through working. Happily sat waiting then when I got to the window to pay tried making light of the half hour wait (no exaggeration) with the lady at the window saying “I guess it’s busy, the que goes down the road and people are turning round” only for her to reply “yea, drive to the next window please” and not even an apology for the wait. Next window no nothing about sorry for the delay and when I asked for ketchup to go with the kids meal he said “Yea mate, they are 10p each now if you want one” Great food terrible service and attitude.

The service was quick and fast and there was no wait for the drive thru. The food was warm and overall it was inexpensive.

BE AWARE Terrible customer service – this franchise lets McDonald’s downOrder was short, plus a mistake had been made I asked them to rectify my order and they would not.Used the drive through, ordered 2 happy meals, chicken sandwich meal and a coffee. Went to collect and the order was short of an orange and the coffee. Had to spend time explaining the orange was included in the happy meal, the staff member couldn’t understand but finally got it and gave me the orange.They checked the receipt and no coffee on it.I understand that mistakes happen and offered to pay for the coffee. But was told by 2 members of staff that it was not procedure.They apologised and said as the order hadn’t gone through and a mistake had been made that I would have to go back through the drive through or go into the restaurant and re-order.I wasn’t prepared to do this, there was a queue. I didn’t want the food going cold and I definitely was not leaving my child and dogs in the car alone.I asked them to rectify their mistake. They would not and complained I was holding the drive through up.Still didn’t get my coffee and although the staff members were very polite the service and understanding of the customers needs was bad.This is a terrible franchise

don't use uber eats or the delivery don't go here. they dgaf if the muddle your order manager's answer was 'we're busy' considering it's a nightmare to get a refund they should probably considering getting things right in the first place 6 times we've had half our order missing not bothering anymore. if they're too busy to get orders right goodness knows what corners they're cutting
