I honestly can’t fault this store, visit regularly and find it to be clean & well stocked, we regularly use the click and collect service for online grocery shopping, the produce is always well picked with good dates and very rarely do we have any substitutes… so much better than a close by supermarkets similar service! Keep it up Morrisons Bideford!!

Produce here is always very good. Was not so happy with the service at the till today though. It was very quiet at the tills and yet the assistant insisted on shoving the shopping through on the belt without allowing time for packing in the relevant bags. Felt quite harassed.

Visited morrisons for lunch today and I have to be honest can this place get any worse. My daughter decided to pay for lunch for ourselves and the kids ( who should’ve been free) however she ended up paying an extra £15 for the three kids all because she picked up the only sandwiches available on the display counter and it turns out that apparently she had picked up the ordinary sandwiches but the lady at the till didn’t offer her to replace the sandwiches for what she was supposed to have and she couldn’t replace them herself as there wasn’t any available to see!!!!!

This evening 2nd August I visited the store in bideford. I had a small problem that if I’m honest was my fault. I wasn’t in the best frame of mind entering the store and displayed some annoyance, not ott however but a customer service assistant named Janice helped me in a patient, kind and considerate way above and beyond anything I’ve experienced whilst shopping in a long long time. Thank you Janice; you’re a dying breed!

Lovely farm shop out of the way and off the main roads but well worth the diversion. Amazing deli and cafe restaurant, plenty of car parking right outside. The pasties were out of this world, so much top quality meat in the steak pasty as I have never seen before. Will be trying to route past here on our return to pick up some for the freezer!
