Just had a very helpful experience and learnt more about the function of the vape in my visit today than all of my other visits combined. Big thank you to Lee and trainee Connor for taking the time to go through everything with me. Great knowledge from Lee and top notch customer service from both Lee and Connor. A great vape shop with a huge range of devices and eliquids. Staff are always cheerful and available to help if you're feeling lost amongst the wide choice available.

Popped in store as been having trouble with coils. Woman in there was so helpful and explained everything to find out wasn’t a coil issue just the fact I have a awkward tongue lol would happily recommend this shop to anyone… will be back in soon most definitely 👍👍👍

We always strive to provide the best customer service, the recent reviews unfortunately seem to have a hidden agenda and malice to them as 2 of the 1 star customers we have never seen. The other gentleman we did offer to send the product off for review and exchange it if it was found faulty however we as a company simply can't just replace broken vapes without inspecting them first due to many being broken by user error. Any item purchased comes with 6 months guarantee the first 4 weeks we will replace for a new device or refund instantly if it is faulty and not user error. After the first 4 weeks it must be sent off for inspection to ensure it isn't user error.We feel this is fair and falls inline completely with all relevant laws.
