Starbucks Coffee

Came into store instead of the drive through as it seemed a lovely building. However, despite being first to order specifically requesting a caramel frappe without cream came a 20 minute wait. The que was building up with customers having drinks served before us. The baristas were not taking names or stickers on cups to identify the drinks and customers were handling all drinks as they didn’t know which was theirs. All customers dirty cups and platea were left stacking up in the collection area which was disgusting.Finally our two frappe's arrived although despite politely requesting no cream the barista put cream on mine. I advised the barista I couldn’t have cream and instead of being sincerely apologetic and remake me a fresh frappe; the barista wiped off the layer of cream and gave back the drink with cream residue.Actually feel like a Karen writing this. But, this is no way to run a Starbucks store. There doesn't appear to be any management running to operation. This is worrying in particular when heath and safety is involved with the cleanliness and especially the health of the public where allergies are involved.Should have binned the £5 and saved myself 20 mins and lactose intolerance symptoms.

Visited this drive through at Bideford today for a latte…the very polite girl who served me noticed my little dog on the passenger seat and asked if she would like a puppuccino…I had no idea what this was but was to embarrassed to own up to that. I was then presented with a tiny takeaway cup full of squirty cream 😁 for my dog…how awesome, a real surprise and a great ending to our day out. My dog loved it. Many thanks to the girl who served us for introducing us both to puppuccino's 👍😀

Used to be great. It’s such a shame as it’s the only Starbucks in the area. I find it a horrible environment to go into server mean girl vibes. They all chat on there headsets to each other and makes you feel uncomfortable . Never seems to be a manager about

Oh dear! A few years ago when I started coming here it was excellent in all aspects. It has steadily gon downhill since then. Today I have bought a medium cappuccino, requested to be extra hot. There was no queue so no chance for the barista to forget. The coffee arrived, luke warm , 50% froth . The chairs had food crumbs on them, the table had residue from poor wiping down. The air condition was on cold, I had to put my coat back on . I think this will definitely be my last visit to the Bideford branch .

What a dirty place , no tables had been wiped, crumbs on the seating, a table was cleared of mugs but not wiped down while we sat there. Four girls serving who were more intent on messing around. Will not be coming back
