I was staying locally and came here 3 consecutive days for lunch. The service was friendly, the locals were welcoming and the food was tremendous (imaginative and varied vegan and vegetarian choices). The local dogs were also great and my 2 Irish Setters were given a fuss, treats and a water bowl and they loved it too. Great beer, also! Will definitely come back here when in the area. Thank you all and hope to be back soon.

We went to this restaurant for evening dinner, the first visit had 1 server, think she was Manager/owner due to staff not turning up, she worked very hard to take orders and serve. The next day, curry night we booked and were told they had a party of 15 for curry, at 6.30pm could we adjust our booked time to be earlier or later, we opted for earlier 6pm. 1hr & 40mins later all we had was a starter, 4 of the large group were late and turned up at 7pm, they were served straightaway, after the rest of the group had commenced eating, although we had ordered curry too and were just ignored. We had changed our time to help the restaurant but at 7.40pm, we paid the bill and left, with no curry.

This pub is a gem. Such a cosy atmosphere, with a welcoming homely feel. Lovely wood burner to add to the cosy feel and the food was gorgeous. The owner and staff were very friendly. Really clean cute ladies toilets. I absolutely LOVED this pub. 💖

Village pub feel and newer public function room seating and tables. Menu interesting and creative by the chef cooked and seasoned very well. Made best use of local produce. Very tasty dishes enjoyed by all our party. Lovely staff attentive and quick. Thank you.

Lovely little pub, good selection of ciders and food was 10/10, sometimes a little low on staff so might have a little wait but they are all lovely and friendly. Allows dogs
