Situated right by the harbour, it’s the perfect place to take in some of the beautiful scenery along with an excellent cup of coffee

Inside, The Coffee Cabin features an inviting atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and a warm, friendly staff

The menu includes an array of drinks from classic cappuccino to speciality lattes, as well as freshly-made sandwiches, pastries and other light lunches

With its unparalleled views over the river estuary, The Coffee Cabin is the ideal spot for travellers wanting to relax and refuel before continuing on their exploration of this attractive seaside town

The staff are very friendly and the coffee is great. If they have one, go for the Bakewell tart, amazingly delicious. We sat in the window and watched the world pass by.

Amazing food! Bacon, lettuce tomato sandwich with granary bread was incredible – lots of filling and all of it was fresh. Mum’s stilton pear and walnut salad was great too. Russian caravan tea and latte were good.Staff very friendly and location is mint!

Great little find in Appledore. The staff were so friendly. Food was amazing, I had garlic mushrooms on a doorstep of toasted granary bread with a poached egg it was so tasty and delicious. I also tried the black pudding, 😍 I am having that next time. We will definitely be visiting again.

Decent breakfast. Like some other eateries in the village the prices are on there high side, which the midrange quality of the ingredients don’t justify in my view. From seeing other reviews, looks like prices have significantly increased recently, which I can only assume is down to rising costs for small local independent businesses. Coffee was good, and the mushrooms on toast, with an additional poached egg, were very tasty and perfectly seasoned and prepared. Service was attentive but I wouldn’t go as far as saying overly friendly or welcoming. I sat in a small upstairs area, which I was thankful for, as the entire downstairs was full with a local meet-up which would have felt awkward.

Insane cafe, lovely staff, lovely food. Very well catered if you are a celiac. Honestly if you want a good sarny, go here, or on your head so be it!

Been coming every year since first opened, always great service, friendly staff and fab food! Recommend their Scrambled Eggs on Toast and their Poached Eggs with Ham, Hollandaise and a side of Avocado (paid extra) and their Mochas/Mocha Frappé
