Only stayed 2 night but it is a very friendly, clean and with an awesome view. Wife is already booking to go again. Would recommend the site to anyone. I did find some older poor reviews, I can say that from my experience and observations the issues raised have been dealt with. A great place to stay. Updated 2023. After the first visit above we've come back year on year. It's still friendly, clean, quiet and well managed. Great for campers and caravans. Shower/Toilet block is spotless. Fridge freezer is available for use. Free use of a washing machine and pet friendly (please keep them on a lead). Wonderful slice if heaven. Try it. It won't disappoint.

Fabulous Exactly the stay I like & need. peaceful, friendly, EHU & shower block, farm setting & fab views. I need no more. Even gave me discount as it was just me. Will definitely stay there again, when up in North Devon, great base to come back to after the crowds of the surf beaches. Thank you

Great place to stay with amazing view of North Devon and beyond. Also 5 or so great beaches within 30mins. Whilst no shop on site Barnstaple shopping centre is only 10 mins away. The owner Charles is great and is always around to sort any problems or just to have a chat. Thoroughly recommend, it small but great. Will be back.
Lovely site with stunning views. Clean toilet and shower block with other facilities (washer/dryer etc), all easy to access. There's a lovely little play area in the middle too that the kids absolutely loved to play on. Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be visiting again when we can!

Amazing place! We were a group of 35 people, which composed families with small children. We came from SDA church. We had 12 tents and the owner, Charles was very helpful and attentive to our needs! He did extra miles and we were grateful for all the help he gave us, as most of us were first time campers. He even gave us to use one of the barn room for us to have our worship. The place we got was on top of small hills — a bit windy but lovely views! Toilets and showers were all cleaned daily. The good things that the place for washing up plates were indoors compare to some other campsite, usually outdoors. Don’t forget to buy Charles’ organic lamb chops while you are there… they taste heavenly! We surely will comeback next year!
