This charming cottage, tucked away in the hamlet of Welcombe, is attached to an ancient chapel; just a short drive (1½ miles) from Welcombe Mouth.

Stepping down into the porch, you can hang up coats and kick off boots into the inviting hall. Through to the kitchen for a taste of rural style living, with its traditional beams and Rayburn stove. End up in the comfortable sitting room to cosy up beside the wood burning stove.

Once ready to rest, retire upstairs to the four bedrooms where you can drift off to sleep. Head out in good weather to enjoy a coffee with a view on the sun-soaked little bench in the enclosed garden. No need to cook, since the local pub (just 100 yards away!) serves delicious food.

The cove is just a walk down the valley or a drive away, great for experienced surfers to work on their craft or just some quiet time. Explore the scenery along the South West Coast Path, or seek out interesting wildlife in the area.
