Amazing place for all ages. Staff are extremely helpful and take time to help with anything. Food amazing and lots of options. Activities and the pools are brilliant. Recommend visiting both of the venues when there to see all facilities. We will book again each year now.

Great location for a stay in woolacombe within walking distance of the beach. When arriving the reception staff were quick and efficient . The holiday park itself had a nice feel to drive around on whilst looking for the caravan. The caravan that my family and the 2 children stayed in were lovely and equipped with everything needed for the stay. The parks food and drinks menu quite heavily priced but what is always expected at Caravan park holidays. Lots of activities to chose from but we struggled to find activities the kids could do together as most were 5 plus or older ages and we had a 6 year old and a 3 year old. We attended the interactive breakfast which we felt was really worth the money. The entertainment team were outstanding probably the best we have experienced over the last 3 years. Kirsty , Joe and Tom fantastic! The kids really enjoyed the day entertainment and the evening entertainment had such a variety for all different ages. All 3 of the names above really made our holiday. We cannot thank you enough real assets so the park. Overall a great holiday park.

Second trip this year! First time we took the dog & their pooch provisions are fabulous! Welcome kit, dog friendly taxis, etc. This time we took the granddaughter who adored the indoor and outdoor pools, slides and sprinklers etc. In fact getting her out of it was a miracle!I enjoyed the spa last time – £15 for 90mins with full access to everything & this time I opted for the Segways which were so much fun! But be mindful that there is a footwear requirement of closed toe shoes for those. Both times our caravans have been immaculate and new – different vibrant designs and layouts – both spacious feeling. We've decided to bring our own pillows next time as those provided left us waking up stiff in all the wrong places. On site food is excellent – have wanted to use the cinema both times but yet to do so, always so much to do & I have no doubt we'll be back soon!Staff are absolutely lovely really taking time & a genuine interest.

Had a great week at Twitchen house. Very polite and efficient staff.Only issues we had were with ants in the caravan. We reported it to reception on the first day and the receptionist said she will get it sorted. Unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved and we had ants over our food and in the bedroom. This being the reason for a 3/5 rating on the rooms rating.Overall, great experience, lovely site and brilliant staff.

Booked here for a last minute break. We had a great time despite the weather on some if the days. Stayed in one of the caravans which had it's own drive so our car remained outside. Layout was really good and cosy. With the heating system it heats up really well with no complaints. The location itself is at a nice remote location with the beach a 20 minute walk away. Great views of the sunset if you're about. The food wasn't bad at the resort and staff were very friendly. Kids made use of the indoor pool on more than one occasion which was good considering the weather at the time. There are other activities there and some amusement arcades which the kids will always drain the money away, but fun nonetheless.During our stay it was gusty but the caravan was sturdy enough though one of the evenings I could feel the walls move from the gusts. We went out a few days to see some sights and they weren't far away, probably about a 30 minute drive so not too far.
