We had a lovely first trip in our caravan here. Lovely new shower block, friendly hosts, spacious and beautiful. We arrived in mud, but were towed to our pitch by a tractor. 5 mins drive to amazing beach.

We stayed here after walking from Ilfracombe on the SW coast path. It was really easy to find (albeit after a short uphill walk – take the footpath rather than heading up the narrow road). After a day of blissful sunshine we got drenched in a downpour just 10mins before we arrived. The welcome we received from the two lovely women in the shop was so warm and they were so accommodating to help us get warm and dry. They lifted our spirits so much! The shop is so incredibly well stocked – so appreciative of all the vegan options in snacks too and fresh produce (and a great selection of beers too which were definitely needed!) The Lounge (a small room with some sofas and a table and books) was an absolute god send for drying kit and reorganising ourselves out of the rain. The showers were hot and clean and they had all of the amenities you'd need. Will definitely stay again – thank you so much for being so hospitable and kind!

Lovely campsite. Easy to find, well kept and the facilities were clean which is nice when camping in a tent! I did notice they had areas for washing your wetsuit and everything was clearly shown. The shop is great too, fully stocked with homemade bits, camping equipment, dog equipment, food and drink including hot coffee! We really enjoyed our brief stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend

Great family run camp site. Showers are warm and cleaned everyday. Electrical pitches are available, book in advance because these go quick. Love this camp site been coming here with the kids for a few years.

We stayed in a glamping pods. The pods are really cosy and warm. With a fridge, tea making facilities. The site is in a great spot for exploring the area, nice and quiet site on the evenings. The shop is well stocked with everything you need and the owners are accommodating. They have food trucks or freshly made pizzas on the evenings which is great if you don’t want to cook. What really let it down for us personally was the toilets and showers. I know we are camping so you expect to rough it a bit, but they are a bit grotty. One block is better but always busy or closed. If they improved the showers and toilets this would be an amazing site! We’ve stayed at other sites and they’ve always been good and just makes the experience a bit nicer
