Welcome to Yellowland Farm – an inviting and sociable family home, situated in lovely Devon on a 75 acre working farm. With exclusive use of the house (minus the ground floor to the left of the porch), it offers a truly relaxed holiday experience!

Inside the house you will find plenty of open, spacious and comfortable rooms – from the large sitting area with its charming wood burning stove and TV, to the bright dining room where everyone can enjoy leisurely meals around the long table.

The 4 comfy bedrooms available promise restful nights’ sleep, two of which have handy en suites, perfect for families or groups. Children can explore the enclosed garden, plus the farm itself with its animals and play areas. The barn nearby is especially impressive – not only does it contain a games area, but also an indoor pool with a Jacuzzi to enjoy!

Further afield, Pony riding, Tamar Lakes water sports and the nearby surf beaches at Bude and Sandymouth are all accessible. Plus don’t forget to visit the nearby shops and pubs for some local flavour.
