We stayed for a week in GOLD-THE DECKS APARTMENT, DECK 73. We must say that we had a great week. The view from our apartment was wonderful. It was spotless so a shout-out to the cleaners who done a fantastic job. The food at the Pier Head was excellent as was the food at the Waterfront. We will be returning without doubt.

This is a mixed review for me. I love westward ho & have been coming to braddicks for roughly 20years now. However the quality is slowly decreasing. Whilst they are going further up market they are loosing what made it so great for all of us families in the first place!Rob Braddicks has also stopped providing entertainment over the pier house in the evenings which is sad for all who stay… it leaves you short for things to do everyday during the evening.Again I absolutely love the place & hold so so many dear memories with friends & family. But the prices are also getting ridiculous to stay for a week…. You can only justify spending X amount of money on a UK holiday. By the time you factor in the cost of a holiday home + fuel + food + spending money it’s just not worth it now.I have spoke to Rob about all of this & more but he unfortunately told me it won’t be changing and this is the direction he’s pushing now. I feel it’s gone from being very family orientated to money money money now. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be coming here for much longer I’ll have to find somewhere else to justify the money 😓

There are very many trailors of various kinds. Some areas are crowded. Small parks available for children and of coarse the ocean near by(surfing ect). Not my idea of a holiday but ideal for some. Loads of facilities.
