Awesome campsite if your looking to just get away with a group of friends. We had a large site to ourselves with basic toilet, hot shower and a fridge we could use. It's not the site if your looking for luxury but it had the basics and it's rare to find a site now where you can have a field to yourselves and sit around a camp fire all evening long and chat and not worry about noise. It's close to beaches, shops and nice pubs, so perfect for everyone! Mark was great at checking we had everything and provided plenty of loo roll and bin bags and took away our rubbish regularly! I'm sure we will return.

Nice place as it’s very quiet and it’s in a valley BUT terrible facilities. Toilets were full of spiderwebs, no paper and wouldn’t flush.Few towns nearby for pubs. I would recommend getting a bus back as they pass every hour from every town

What a wonderful place! Mark is warm and hospitable, nothing is too much trouble. The campsite is a series of beautiful, secluded clearings in the woods. Perfect place to catch up with friends around a campfire.

Spent a great weekend with my friends in two caravans in Pure Rustic Devon campsite. One of the best places I’ve stayed in with a friendly atmosphere and lovely landlords. Perfect place for people who like socialising and sitting by the fire all night, organising small festivals as well as for families that enjoy nature and privacy while camping in woods. Only 15 minutes drive to Croyd where you can experience great surfing at any time. Definitely coming back and recommend to everyone!

Lovely place to stay. Well kept caravans. Mark is very helpful and will do things if you ask. Good shower and toilets. Amazing views. You can set up your own tent. Hobs to cook on and fire places. Would recommend to everyone. Lovely get away.
